By signing up for The Heart Dashboard™ email course, participants agree to engage with the content responsibly, acknowledging that it is for educational purposes and not a substitute for professional therapy. Payments are non-refundable, and all course materials are the intellectual property of the creator, meant for personal use only. The course provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the course, makes no guarantees on outcomes, and is not liable for any personal or emotional experiences resulting from participation.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for The Heart Dashboard™ email course, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this course.

The Heart Dashboard™ email course provides educational content designed to help participants connect with themselves through guided exercises, journal prompts, and challenges. This course is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.
3. User Responsibilities
Participants agree to engage with the course content responsibly and acknowledge that results will vary. You are responsible for your own emotional and mental well-being while engaging with the material. Participation in this course is voluntary. You are encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks, or stop engaging with the material at any time if it feels supportive to do so.
3a. Emotional Support & Crisis Disclaimer
This course is not intended for use in crisis situations. If you are experiencing thoughts of self harm, harm to others, or are in emotional distress beyond your capacity to self regulate, please pause the course and seek immediate support from a qualified mental health professional, trusted support person, or local emergency services.
The Heart Dashboard™ does not provide crisis intervention, emergency support, or therapeutic care.
4. Payment & Refunds
If applicable, all payments are final. Due to the digital nature of the course, refunds are not provided once access has been granted. Please abide by the honor system and do not share or forward the emails to anyone who has not purchased the course.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including emails, PDFs, exercises, and challenges, are the intellectual property of Melanie Huggard and are provided for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute course materials without express written permission.
6. Privacy & Data Policy
We respect your privacy. Your email and personal information will only be used to deliver the course and related updates. We will not sell or share your information with third parties.
7. No Guarantees
Results from this course will vary. While the content is designed to foster emotional awareness and growth, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. Application of the tools and concepts are solely up to you.
8. Course Availability
