You need a guide.
Have you spent your life pouring out time, energy, and love into others and feel like you don’t get back what you’ve put out? If you knew what to do, you would do it. What if I told you there is a way to love yourself in the midst of serving others? What if how you treat yourself is teaching everyone how to treat you? Are you showing up for yourself in a way that shows others how to love you? If not, you can learn and it won’t be selfish.
I care and I can help.
I believe you are powerful and capable, but the years of pain and disappointment have buried your confidence. If the stories swirling in your head are ones of criticism, judgment, and shame, then I can help you change the narrative. Join the hundreds of women (and a few men) who have worked with me to learn to identify triggers, break cycles, learn tools of validation, compassion and connect to their heart voice to trust themselves again.
Currently, I offer one-on-one sessions.

About me.
I am a wife of 27 years and have 3 adult children. I call what I do consulting because I take a combination of the modalities that I’ve learned over the years through coaching, trauma training, somatic training, and finding what has worked in my own healing journey that is replicable. Over the last 7 years, I’ve worked with survivors of trafficking in a program called Elevate through the Rebecca Bender Initiative. I’ve mentored men and women through a program called Living Fully Alive by Justin and Abi Stumvoll, coached leaders in the education space through Reignite Retreats with Aaron Hayes, and currently serve the women in the Alive and Free program with Sammi and Spencer Robbins. I serve on the board of Stand 4 Justice an anti-trafficking organization. I am currently writing a book with my oldest daughter about my journey as a controlling mom, what it was like to break the partnership with control, while she shares her struggles growing up in a controlling home, and what it was like to heal the relationship.
